Dr. Keith J. Kohrs

Dr. Keith J. Kohrs is the dedicated leader of Kohrs Orthodontics, known for putting his passion into perfecting smiles. Originally hailing from Hudson, Ohio, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Dayton and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Kohrs furthered his expertise by completing his orthodontic residency at Oregon Health Sciences University and serving as an associate professor at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry.

He holds a special interest in helping children with craniofacial issues, actively participating in organizations like Kaiser Permanente, Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children, Smiles Change Lives, and Kids In Need of Dentistry. Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Kohrs enjoys the outdoors with his family in Colorado, participating in activities like Jeeping, boating, and skiing.

Dr. Kohrs and his team actively engage with the community, supporting local events and organizations while nurturing their patients’ passions. His professional affiliations include the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists, and Metro Denver Dental Society.

Let’s just skip through the chase, Dr. Kohrs is Amazing! Out of 4 different Orthodontists, Dr. Kohrs was the only establishment that said they can perform a correction WITHOUT pulling any teeth. Also……the amount of patience Dr. Kohrs has is second to none. He allowed me to voice my concerns and needs, then addressed them all. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Shortly after moving to Colorado I had to find a new orthodontist. I’ve had braces for a year and it took me a couple of visits to other offices till I found Dr. Kohrs. Compared to everyone else this office staff and Dr. Kohrs himself are phenomenal. Everyone is very professional, warm, and welcoming. Dr. Kohrs is very assuring and nice.
